This is our most popular program designed for those who want to lose weight safely in the shortest amount of time.

It is for people who are serious about making the commitment to see and feel big changes in their lives and feel great about themselves for doing this. They have enough time to make a real investment of time to improve their health and wellbeing and are able to see their trainer at least 2 – 3 times per week. This program will really get you the results you want! You should typically expect to achieve your goal within a 6 month period and be transitioning to a maintenance program.
